IAIC Transactions on Sustainable Digital Innovation (ITSDI) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover part of the costs associated with editorial administration, peer-review coordination, copyediting, digital publication, DOI registration, and the dissemination of scholarly articles. The journal is committed to communicating its publication fees transparently so that authors can understand the applicable charges before submitting their manuscripts.

Waiver Policy

IAIC Transactions on Sustainable Digital Innovation (ITSDI) recognizes that publication fees may present financial barriers for some authors. Authors affiliated with institutions in low-income economies or those experiencing financial hardship may request a full or partial waiver of the Article Processing Charge (APC).

Waiver requests must be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief before manuscript submission. Authors should explain the circumstances supporting their request and provide relevant information for consideration. Each request will be assessed individually, and the decision will be communicated to the requesting author. Approval of a waiver is subject to the publisher's assessment and does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or influence the peer-review process.

Fee Transparency and Editorial Independence

Payment of the Article Processing Charge does not guarantee acceptance or influence the outcome of peer review. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's editorial policies, academic quality requirements, and peer-review procedures. Editorial decisions are made independently of payment considerations.
