The background of this research lies in the growing demand for data privacy and security, which traditional Web 2.0 platforms fail to provide.The objective of this study is to explore how IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) can be leveraged to build decentralized websites that prioritize security and user privacy in the Web 3.0 ecosystem. The method involves a qualitative approach, including a case study where IPFS is utilized to develop a decentralized website, followed by a series of performance and security tests. The performance tests revealed that IPFS-based websites achieved a 99.2% uptime compared to 96.5% in traditional websites, and reduced server failure rates by approximately 35%. These quantitative results confirm that IPFS provides higher resilience against data breaches and server failures while reducing reliance on single points of failure. The conclusion drawn from this research indicates that IPFS is a promising technology for developing secure, decentralized websites in the Web 3.0 era, offering an enhanced user experience with improved privacy, data security, and scalability. Using Scopus as the primary database and VOSviewer for visualization, 557 articles published between 2020 and 2025 were analyzed across country, organization, source, author, document, and keyword networks. The results reveal that the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany act as central contributors, while India, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Egypt are rapidly growing in influence. Source analysis identifies leading journals that shape the discourse alongside new outlets that diversify the field. Author and document coupling highlight key works that connect immersive learning environments with pedagogy, while keyword analysis identifies three major clusters related to ethics and governance, motivation and technology enhanced learning, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and generative AI. Overall, the findings show that AI in e-learning has evolved from experimental initiatives into a multidimensional, evidence-based domain. While strategic management provides the processes of environmental scanning, formulation, implementation, and evaluation, Orange Technology introduces models that emphasize well-being as a strategic asset. Employing an exploratory conceptual design, this study synthesizes interdisciplinary literature across information technology, biomedical engineering, psychology, and cognitive sciences, and maps them against the established stages of strategic management. The analysis highlights the potential for Orange Technology to enrich strategic processes by embedding health and happiness indicators into value propositions, governance systems, and performance evaluation tools. A phenomenon-level gap persists, however, as empirical evidence on governance systems, interdisciplinary adoption, and performance measurement remains scarce. To bridge this divide, two propositions are advanced for embedding an Orange Index into Balanced Scorecard frameworks, and developing a Three-Dimensional Transformational Balanced Scorecard to evaluate human centred innovation. Smart grid technology presents promising capabilities to optimize renewable energy management, promoting both environmental sustainability and economic efficiency. This study evaluates the environmental and economic impacts of smart grid integration, fo- cusing on carbon emission reductions, enhanced energy efficiency, and cost savings for energy providers and consumers. Using Structural Equation Modeling via SmartPLS, data were collected and analyzed from various stakeholders engaged in renewable energy and smart grid applications, allowing a detailed assessment of the relationships between smart grid integration, environmental outcomes, and economic benefits. Results indicate that smart grid integration significantly reduces carbon emissions and improves energy efficiency by over 30% while economically, it yields substantial cost savings, cutting operational expenses by up to 25% over time. This contractual model transfers the risk of uncertain work quantities from the project owner to the contractor. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of this contract and formulate a secure strategy for preparing bidding prices and managing construction costs. The research employed a quantitative analysis of historical data from two work packages (Package 3 and Mitigation Package 3). The analysis was conducted through the calculation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as the Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Budget Variance (BV), as well as Cost and Quantity Variance Analysis per work item. The results indicate that both projects achieved excellent cost performance, exceeding the planned profit targets (Realized CPI &gt; Planned CPI). This study aims to identify and analyze the determinants influencing consumer purchasing behavior toward solar panels in Indonesia using the SmartPLS approach. Data were collected through an online survey targeting individuals who are interested in or have previously purchased solar panels. The SmartPLS method was employed to examine the relationships among key variables, including perceptions of sustainability and environmental benefits, knowledge and information regarding solar panels, economic factors such as price and promotional strategies, and consumer demographic characteristics. The analysis revealed that sustainability perception, knowledge, and economic considerations significantly influence consumers purchase intentions. Furthermore, demographic variables such as age, income, and education were found to shape consumer attitudes and purchasing behavior. A total of 94 articles published between 2015 and 2025 were analyzed using VOSviewer and Bibliometrix to identify key authors, countries, institutions, and thematic clusters. The results revealed four dominant keyword clusters: growth, strategy, innovation, and stakeholder integration. Notably, India emerged as a central player in global collaborations related to SDGs 12. Theoretically, this study extends the understanding of how technological and green innovations intersect within strategic management frameworks to foster sustainable consumption and production practices. Managerially, the findings suggest that organizations should invest in digital infrastructure, particularly in AI, IoT, and data analytics, and adopt cross-sector governance mechanisms to drive sustainability goals. SMEs in this region face ongoing challenges in adopting digital technologies, including limited financial resources, inadequate digital skills, and internal resistance to change, while increasing competition and rapid technological advancement demand adaptation to remain competitive. The purpose of this research is to analyze how digital transformation strategies cloud computing, digital marketing, automation, and data analytics affect business outcomes such as operational efficiency, customer engagement, and market competitiveness. A quantitative approach was applied using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) based on survey data from 150 SMEs actively implementing digital initiatives in Tangerang. The findings show that cloud computing and data analytics significantly improve operational efficiency through workflow optimization and data-driven decision-making, while digital marketing and automation have a positive impact on customer engagement and competitive positioning. SMEs that adopt these strategies demonstrate enhanced management performance and stronger market responsiveness. The study offers empirical evidence supporting the strategic value of digital transformation for SMEs in emerging regions and highlights the importance of investment in digital capability building. These insights may guide SME leaders and policymakers in strengthening digital adoption to support sustainable economic development. However, despite rapid technological progress, empirical research explaining how AI capability, algorithmic transparency, and task–technology alignment collectively shape Sustainable Decision Intelligence (SDI) within real business environments remains limited. To address this gap, this study introduces a novel BAI–SDI framework integrating AI Capability, Algorithmic Transparency, Task-Technology Fit (TTF), Decision Quality, and Sustainable Decision Intelligence as core constructs influencing long-term strategic and sustainable decision outcomes. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS), survey data were collected from 402 professionals working in AI- integrated business sectors across Indonesia. The empirical results indicate that AI Capability significantly enhances Task-Technology Fit, while Algorithmic Transparency strongly predicts Decision Quality, emphasizing the importance of interpretability and accountability in trust-driven decision processes. Furthermore, Task-Technology Fit mediates the impact of AI Capability on Decision Quality, demonstrating that effective system-task alignment is essential for maximizing organizational value. The findings provide theoretical advancements by positioning SDI as an empirical extension of decision management theory and offer practical guidance for implementing ethical, transparent, and future-ready AI strategies within business environments.
