LMS of Pathology and Anatomy Based on MVC and Laravel Framework Model with System Quality Measurement to User Satisfaction

Abstract

The user's need for Laboratory Management System (LMS) of pathology and anatomy in the middle of technological advancements allows the change of laboratory management information systems that have been managed conventionally to be online. This change requires a system design that is expected to have a quality system to the use. This study aims to design a LMS of Pathology and Anatomy which has online service that is Pap Smear examination, Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy (FNAB), histopathology and cytopathology as well as measuring system quality of LMS of Pathology and Anatomy to user satisfaction. LMS of Pathology and Anatomy is designed based on Laravel Framework by using Model-View-Controller (MVC). The design applies use case diagram, database design, and user interface to identify entities, data, and processes that occur in the system. The result of this design is LMS of Pathology and Anatomy by online for all of inspection service that can be accessed by visitors or users of laboratory pathology services and includes all the functions that have been identified previously. The measurement of system quality to the user satisfaction indicates that the system quality in LMS of Pathology and Anatomy has positive and significant effect on user satisfaction.
